Controlsand Features
Control Functions
The information below briefly describes the function of
individual controls. Starting, stopping, driving, and mowing
require the combined use of several controls applied in
specific sequences.To learn what combination and sequence
of controls to use for various tasks see the Operation
section.

Throttle Control-- The throttle controls engine
speed. Move the throttle forward to increase engine speed
and back to decreaseengine speed. Always operate at FULL
throttle.
!",1 Choke-- Close the choke for cold starting. Open the
choke once the engine starts. A warm engine may not
require choking. Move the lever forward to close the choke.
Headlights-- The light switch turns the tractor
headlights on and off.
Hour Meter (Select Models) -- The hour meter
measures the number of hours the key has been in the RUN
position.

Reverse Mowing Option(RMO) -- The Reverse
Mowing Option allows for mowing (or use of other PTO
driven attachments) while traveling in reverse. If you choose
to mow in reverse,turn the RMO key after the PTO is
engaged.The L.E.D. light will illuminate, and the operator
can then mow in reverse. Eachtime the PTOis engaged the
RMO needs to be reactivated if desired.
