MENU button
You can change the image folder name from the standard name to the
date that pictures were taken. When the name is changed to the date,
pictures are saved in separate folders by the date they were taken.
Folder Name
Standard XXXPENTX (where XXX is the 3-digit folder number)
XXX_mmdd (3-digit folder number_month day)
Date * xxx_ddmm (3-digit folder number_day month) when the date style is
set to [dd/mm/yy].
Picture taken with
standard folder name
(Example: March 25)
Folder name changed to
date setting
(Example: March 25)
Next time a picture
is taken
(Example: April 1)

Use the four-way controller (• •) to select [Folder
Name] on the [_1_Setting] menu.

Press the four-way controller ( _ ).
A pull-down menu appears.
Use the four-way controller ( • • ) to select [Standard] or [Date].
Press the OK button.
The Folder Name setting is saved.
