    • Chapter 4 provides information about programming and operating the switcher under RS-232 control, such as from a PC or host controller. You can control the switcher using Extron’s TPS150 serial command set or the ICS100 control program. • Appendix A lists the transmitter’s and receiver’s specifications and pertinent part numbers.

    Click Start > Programs > Extron > ICS100. The control program window appears. The TPS150 does not respond until it has been contacted with the valid address. If you have previously connected to the transmitter and you have not addressed any other device since then, after a moment, the program reports that it has connected to a TPT150 (figure 4-1).
  • Page 30 Once the transmitter is addressed, it can accept an unlimited number of commands. If a different unit is addressed, the TPS150 ignores subsequent commands until it is addressed again. The factory-installed default address is 97, but this number can be changed.
