Checkto make sure range is level,

Temperaturesoften vary between a new
oven and an old one. As ovens age, the
oven temperatureoften "drifts" and may
become hotter or cooler. See pg. 9 for
instructionson adjusting the oventempera-
ture. NOTE: It is not recommendedto
adjust the temperatureif only one or two
recipesare in question.
! Checkthat oventemperatureis decreased
by25° F when convectbaking.

FOOD IS NOT BROILING PROPERLY

OVEN VENT.

STEAM COMES FROM VENT AREA.
I Whenhigh moisturefoods arecookedin the
upper oven, steam may be visible coming
from the vent area.This is normal.

This is called a fault code. If a fault code
appears in the display and beeps sound,
presstheCANCELpad. Ifthefaultcodeand
beeps continue, disconnect power to the
appliance.Wait a few minutes,then recon-
nect power. If fault code and beeps still
continue,disconnect p owertotheappliance
and call an authorizedservicer.
Ifthe ovenis heavilysoiled,excessiveflare-
upsmay resultin a fault codeduringa clean
cycle. Press CANCEL pad and allow the
oven to cool for one hour, then reset the
ctean cycle, if the fault code and beeps still
continue,disconnect p owerto theappliance
and calt an authorizedservicer.
