GPS Settings

This function allows you to modify the format of some of the information displayed in the GPS

status screens.

From the Main Menu, select SETTINGS, then GPS.

Select the format to display GPS position from the Position Format menu.

Set the local time by using the table below to help program the Local Time Offset. Local
time is derived by an offset from the UTC (the Universal Time Clock). Or:
Scroll through UTC offset until time on right hand side is the same as your local time (you
need a GPS fix to use the this method).

EST - Eastern Standard
CDT - Central Daylight
CST - Central Standard
MDT - Mountain Daylight
MST - Mountain Standard
PDT - Pacific Daylight
