Most griddled foods require cooking on a
preheated surface. Preheat griddle according
to the guide below, then switch to the desired
cook setting.

craze lines on the surface could result.

griddle, even when it is not in use. The
griddle can become heated when using the
surrounding burners.
,, Do not overheet the griddle. Leavingthe
griddle burner on at HI for an extended
amount of time without food can damage
the non-stick coating.
