an extra-large cooking surface for meats,
pancakes or other food usuallg prepared
in a frging pan or skillet.
NOTE:Yourgriddle wi!! discolor over time as it
becomesseasoned with use.
How to Insert the Griddle
_I,CAUTION:
place and remove
the griddle only when al! grates and
griddle are coo! and al! surface units are
turned OFF.
The griddle can onlg be used with the center
burner.To insert the griddle, remove the
center grate and replace with the griddle.
