THE OVEN VENT Hot air and moisture escape from the oven through a vent that is near the middle of the backguard. The vent lets air circulate properly. Be careful not to block the vent, or you will get poor baking/roasting results.
THE STORAGE DRAWER Use the storage drawer to store cookware. You can remove the storage drawer to make it easier to clean under your range. Empty the drawer before you remove it. Pull the drawer straight out to the first stop. (The stops are small, round objects formed in the slide rail.
