    The SURESIMMER burner is an adjustable heat setting for more precise simmering and low temperature rear burner. When the SURESIMMER burner is not on, the right rear burner will function as usual. To Use: 1. Push the right rear knob in and turn counterclockwise "SURESIMMER".

    OVEN USE IMPORTANT: Do not line the oven bottom with any type of foil, liners or cookware because permanent damage will occur to the oven bottom finish. • Do not block or cover the oven bottom vents. • Do not cover entire rack with foil because air must be able to move freely for best cooking results.

    The ULTRABAKE system electronically regulates the oven heat levels during preheat and bake to maintain a precise temperature range for optimal cooking results. The bake and broil elements cycle on and off in intervals. This feature is automatically activated when the oven is in use.

    Broiling • Use only the broiler pan and grid provided with the range, ft is designed to drain juices and help prevent spatter and smoke. • For proper draining, do not cover the grid with foil. The bottom of the pan may be lined with aluminum foil for easier cleaning.
