a. Enter a job name of up to 16 characters under
Setting and, if required, select
print job.
b. Type a four digit personal ID number from 0000 to 7777, then
click OK.
4. Click Print. The document will be stored on the hard disk and can
then be printed on demand, or deleted, using the procedures
given below.
To print the stored document
1. Press the MENU button to access the PRINT JOBS MENU and
press the SELECT button.
2. Enter the personal ID number you selected above using the
buttons on the printer control panel.
3. Press the VALUE button until ALL JOBS or the required job name
is displayed.
4. Press the SELECT button to print the document.
To delete a stored job from the hard disk drive
1. Press the MENU button to access the PRINT JOBS MENU and
press the SELECT button.
2. Enter the personal ID number you selected above using the
buttons on the printer control panel.
3. Press the VALUE button until ALL JOBS or the required job name
is displayed.
