Oki C9300 Replacement Instructions

Caution! The fuser unit (at the
back of the printer) may be HOT.
Let it cool down before attempting
to replace the transfer belt.
1. Turn off the printer.
2. Pull up on the handle and lift the
cover.
3. Remove the four image drums/
toner cartridges, then cover them to
protect them from light while you
are replacing the transfer belt.

4. Press the blue transfer belt lock
levers (circled) to the left (toward
the open cover).
5. Grasp both handles and, primarily
using the big blue handle, lift the
transfer belt unit out of the printer.
Discard in accordance with local
regulations.
6. Unpack the new transfer belt unit.
Caution! Be careful to avoid touch-
ing the shiny black surface of the
transfer belt.
7. Holding the new transfer belt by the
handles, lower it into the printer,
carefully aligning the pins at the
front of the belt into the slots at the
front of the printer.
8. Using the blue handle, firmly push
the unit into place. If necessary,
pull the blue lock lever (circled)
toward the front of the printer to
lock the transfer belt into place.
9. Replace the image drums/toner
cartridges back into the printer,
being careful to place them in the
correct color position.
10. Close the cover and turn on the
printer.
