Action to be taken–Confirm that volume status is appropriate status (Continuous Access is S-VOL
and PAIR) using the pairdisplay command.

but the Array ID could not be found.
Action to be taken–Use the SRM log message file to confirm the Array ID parameter and XML
failover parameter.

Cause–A XML failover testing parameter was received from SRM to the P9000 Virtualization Ad-

Before calling technical support, collect the following information:
For SRM and the P9000 Virtualization Adapter local configuration:
On Windows where SRM is performing:

Collect the SRM log file on Windows on both the protection and recovery sites.
Collect the following SRM log file, including the error messages of the P9000 Virtualization
Adapter, SRM ERROR messages, and RAID Manager command error log:
