Images recorded on the card can be deleted.
Once deleted, images cannot be recovered.

• Set the operational mode dial to playback [1_].
• When an image is protected, it cannot be
deleted. Cancel the protect setting. (P69)

1 Press the [MENU] button.
2 Press &IV to select [DELETE] and
press I_.

Select [SINGLE] and press I_.
4 Press 4/1_ to select the image to be
deleted.

5 Press the [REVIEW/SET] button.
• The selected image is deleted.
6 Press the [MENU] button twice,
• The menu willdisappear.
[Delete multi images] ®
It is possible to delete up to 50 images all at
once.

Press the [MENU] button.
2 Press A/Y to select [DELETE] and
then press I_.
3 Press •/T to select [MULTI] and
then press I_.
4 Press <1/1_ to select the images to be
deleted and then press • to confirm
this setting.
• The selected images are displayed with
[_ ]. Pressing T, the setting is cancelled.
5 Press the [REVIEW/SET] button.
• The selected multi images are deleted all at
once.

Press the [MENU] button twice.
• The menu willdisappear.
