speed and aperture value is the same as that
of the AUTO mode (P29), but the settings
listed below are also available. (it is not
possible to set in AUTO mode)

Press the [MENU] button.
Press A/T to select [AE MODE].
Press <1/1_ to set to [P].
Press the [MENU] button.
The menu witl disappear.
Take a picture.
The recordingmethod is the same as in
'qaking Pictures(AUTO Mode)", (P29)
• When taking pictures in dark places, as the exposure time becomes longer and it is difficult
to stabilize the camera, the use of a tripod is recommended.
• If the aperture value is not properly set, the color of the F and the shutter speed values on
the LCD monitor becomes red.
