Problem Solver
Description
The paper is not
loaded correctly.
No paper is loaded in
the printer.
The paper is not
ejected properly.
The roll paper runs out
while printing is in
progress.
The printer fails to
update the firmware.
The paper is jammed.
Print head is locked.
Some errors have
occurred.
A part used in the
printer has nearly
reached the end of its
life. "NNNN" shows the
code of the part.
If 1133 or 1137
appears, the print
head may be locked.
If 3000 appears, the
power cord is not
plugged into the
electrical outlet or the
AC inlet of the printer
properly.
A fatal error has
occurred.

What to do
Release the paper lever, and set the paper
correctly.
See "Using Roll Paper" on page 32
Load paper correctly.

Set the paper lever to the released position,
and remove the paper.
Load a new roll paper.
Restart the printer, and then update the
firmware using EPSON LFP Remote Panel
again.
Remove the jammed paper.

print head to release the print head.

Turn the printer off, and after a while turn it on
again.
