Releasing Proof Print Jobs

Proof print jobs initially print only a single copy to allow you to check the printout of a job requesting multiple copies. On the
[Proof Print] tab, you can resume this kind of on-hold jobs to print out the remaining copies.

Releasing proof print jobs

The following steps provide an example on Windows Vista.
The steps are the same on other Windows OS.
Click the [Proof Print] tab and select a job whose remaining copies you want to print

out.
You can only select the jobs that you sent from your computer.
From the [Document] menu, select [Release Proof].

The [Release Proof] dialog box appears.
Enter the number of copies and click [OK].

The "Your proof set has been printed" message is displayed. Click [Close].
The remaining copies of the selected job are printed.
