Recharging the Battery

L_ Use the car's cigarette lighter socket to recharge the battery.
With Car Battery Cable CB-570 (sold separately), you can connect the charger s
car battery cable socket (<DC IN> terminal) to your car's cigarette lighter socket.
o When rechargLng tne battery this way, be sure that the car's engine is on
If the car engine is off. disconnect the car battery cable from the c_garer_e
lighter socket, ff you leave the car ba_ery cache connected to the
algaret[e iighter socket, it may drain the car battery.
- Do not use a transformer with the battery cnarger.
- Battery charging from a car battery is possible only with a 12 V DC or
24 V DC car battery in a minus-grounded car. The shape or aJmensions
of the c_garette i_ghter socket _ncertain cars m_gn_ not be compatible with
lhe car batter_ cache.
