AF: Selecting the AF Mode
Select the AF mode suiting the shooting conditions or subjecL
On the mens, set the focus mode
switch to <AF>.

_ Turn the <_Z> dial to select the AF
mode.
AJSERVO _- ONE SHOT
One_Shot AF for Still Subjects
Suited for still subjects. When you
press the shutter button haJfway, the
camera wHJ focus only once.
_ When focus is achieved, the AF point
which acNeved focus will flash in red,
and the focus confirmation light <0 >
in the viewfinder will also light.
_ With evaluative metering, the
exposure setting will be set at the
same time focus is achieved.
_ While you hold down the shutter button
halfway, the focus wil! be locked. You can
then recompose the shot if desired.
_ AF is also possible by pressing the
<AF ON> button.
