Symptom
Paper feed problem with 250/250
Sheet Paper Tray Option.
Media fails to pass thru from the
lower attached paper tray option
to the next higher mounted option.
Paper jam 242 or 243 displays
Printer does not detect:
• Media in tray 2 or tray 3
• Level of media in tray 2 or tray
3
• Size of media in tray 2 or tray 3
• Presence of tray 2 or tray 3

Power Symptom Table

Symptom
No indication the printer is
functioning.
• No LEDs on
• Display off
• No motor movement
Operator panel LED indicator on.
• Printer inoperative
• POR incomplete
