Diagnostic aids (320/E322)

This chapter describes procedures you can use to identify printer
failures and verify that repairs have corrected the problem.

Performing self test

At power–up, each light turns on and off in reverse sequence,
starting with Press Button and ending with Ready. Each light
remains on for approximately one second, but no more than
approximately two seconds. This cycling repeats as needed during
the execution of the self test. The printer performs the cycle at least
once. Additional cycles can be interrupted at any point in the cycle
indicating the self test is complete.

Information priority

The priority for displaying information on the operator panel is:
1. Service information
