2.14.2 Height of the Feed Dogs

The feed dogs in their highest position should protrude 1.2 mm out of
the needle plate. (slot B)
Caution Risk of Injury!
Before adjusting turn the main switch off.
–
Arrest the pressure feet in the raised position.

Arrest the handwheel in slot B.
–
With a feeler gauge check the height.
–
Loosen screws 3, 4 and 5 on the stroke levers and alter the height
of the feed dog carriers.
Attention!
When tightening screws 3 and 5, take care that the feed dog support
is set close at the side.
