Call Return

With call return, you can place a call to the last number that called you (either answered or missed). The last
incoming call can be through either SIP or PSTN.
Two application scenario:
1. A missed a call from B.
2. A made a successful call with B.
In both scenarios, user A only needs to pick up the phone and presses "*66#", B will ring automatically.
