Replace the logic board.
Is the paper fed properly from the sheet feeder
when the pick-up roller rotates?
No
Check the sheet feeder unit.
Remove the sheet feeder unit,
and operate it with your hands
to check. Check any
contamination, wear or
deterioration of the rubber
ring or separation sheet
of the pick-up roller, and
deformation or damage
of a gear, etc.
Correct ?
Yes
Check/Replace the paper
feeder motor drive
switching section.
