    PRINTER FRONT PANEL Simple Bluetooth Wifi Reference Part Description Bluetooth icon Changes to blue to indicate that Bluetooth connectivity is active (Bluetooth model) and available for a connection.     The printer is now able to operate in the Bluetooth environment. If a password is requested during the connection phase, enter “0000“ (or other, user-defined, password) using the “Toolbox“ application (Start > Programs> Olivetti> Olivetti Toolbox). • In the Mac OS X environment: Carry out USB installation as described in the documentation “Setting up Your Printer“.

Make sure the upper left corner of the front of the item aligns with the upper left corner of the scanner glass. Close the top cover.

    HOW TO SET PARAMETERS TO IMPROVE PHOTO PRINT QUALITY Open the “Toolbox“ program to access image quality improvement functions. Select the “Print photo“ item to apply a correction filter. With a mouse click, select the photo in the screen listing to print applying an image correction filter. Apply the correction filter you want by clicking on the checkbox before it.

    Declaring Network Addresses After declaring network type, you must enter the parameters for printer recognition that must comply with the TCP/IP network protocol specifications; therefore, network address (IP), subnet mask and gateway. note: You are advised to save or print this Configuration page as the data is important for any subsequent settings.

  • Page 42 When installing a new cartridge, remove it from its packet and then remove the protection tape applied to the nozzles. DO NOT TOUCH THE CONTACTS or the nozzles of the cartridge. Hold the cartridge from the sides. Holding the cartridge with the nozzles facing down and with the contacts facing towards the rear part of the printer, insert the colour ink cartridge into the right-side carrier and the photographic or black ink cartridge into the left-side carrier.
