REPORTS
Reports consist of those that are printed out automatically, reports that will be generated
based on the conditions set by the user or key operator and those that will be generated
upon user request.
Report Name Explanation
Activity Report Sending and receiving records are described in this report. A total of 100 communications, including
transmission and reception, are recorded on different pages for transmission and reception, respectively.
The communication management report is automatically printed and reports displaying transmission records
only, reception records only or transmission and reception records together can be printed independently.
Printing interval selections include OFF, DAILY, Every 100 communications and 100 per day.
This selection is made in Administrator Settings Menu via the Utility Mode
Report output time can also be specifi ed when communication management report is set
to Daily or 100 per day.
Activity Report can be printed by pressing the following keys in the sequence provided:

Activity Report
Transmission Result Report The Transmission Result Report is automatically printed. The Printing Time selections available include
On/If TX Fails/Off. This selection is made in the TX Result Report settings via the Utility Mode.
Polling TX Report The Polling TX Report is automatically printed when TX Result Report in the Report Settings menu
(accessed via the Utility Mode) is set to ON or If TX Fails
Polling RX Report The Polling RX Result Report is automatically printed when TX Result Report in the Report Settings menu
(accessed via Utility Mode) is set to ON or If TX Fails
Sequential Polling RX Report The Sequential Polling RX Report is automatically printed when Sequential TX Report in the Report Settings
menu (accessed via Utility Mode) is set to ON.
Broadcast Report The Broadcast Result Report is automatically printed when the sequential broadcast ends and the Sequential
TX Report in the Report Setting Menu (accessed via the Utility Mode) is set to ON.
Reservation Communication The Reservation Communication Report is automatically printed when a transmission has been reserved
Report (Time Transmission) and the Timer Reservation RX Report in the Report Settings menu (accessed via Utility
Mode) has been set to ON.
Reservation Polling TX Report The Reservation Polling RX Report is automatically printed when polling transmission is reserved and the Timer
Reservation TX Report in the Report Settings menu (accessed via the Utility Mode) is set to ON.
Broadcast Reserved Report The Broadcast Reserved Report is automatically printed when sequential broadcast is reserved and Timer
Reservation TX Report in the Report Settings menu (accessed via Utility Mode) is set to ON.
An Address Polling RX An address Polling RX Reserved Report is automatically printed when polling is reserved for ONE destination
Reserved Report and Timer Reservation TX Report in the Report Settings menu (accessed via the Utility Mode) is set to ON.
Sequence Polling Reception The Sequence Polling RX Reserved Report is automatically printed when polling is reserved for multiple
Reservation Report destinations and Timer Reservation TX Report in the Report Settings menu (accessed via Utility Mode) is set
to ON.
Confi dential RX Report The Confi dential RX Report is automatically printed when there is a confi dential reception and the Confi dential
RX Report in the Report Settings menu (accessed via Utility Mode) is set to ON.
Bulletin Board Transmission The Bulletin Board Transmission Report (Polling TX Report) is automatically printed when the Bulletin Board TX
Report (Polling TX Report) Report in the Report Settings menu (accessed via Utility Mode) is set to ON.
Relay TX Result Report The Relay TX Result Report is automatically printed when Relay TX Result Report in the Report Settings
menu (accessed via the Utility Mode) is set to ON.
Relay Request Report The Relay Request Report is automatically printed when the Relay Request Report in the Report Settings
menu is set to ON.
PC-Fax TX Error Report The PC-Fax TX Error Report is automatically printed when a PC Fax transmission error occurs
and the PC-Fax TX Error Report in the Report Settings Menu (accessed via the Utility Mode) is set to ON.
