bizhub SEND FEATURE (Sequential Multiple Station Transmission)
You can send a document to multiple destinations. Not only multiple fax
destinations (i.e. fax broadcast), but you can also include scan destinations—
Email (TIFF/PDF), FTP, WebDAV, SMB and User Box (TIFF/PDF). This can all
be done simultaneously as ONE job. This helps your offi ce cut down on labor
costs and increases effi ciency. Up to 605 addresses (500 abbreviation dials,
100 keypad dials and 5 Email destinations by direct input) can be specifi ed
as destinations. In addition, recipients receive their information to the destination
of their choice—Fax, Email, FTP Site, WebDAV, SMB Folder or User Box.
MFP ADDRESS BOOK ACCESS
The C360/C280/C220
address book can be
accessed through the
fax driver. By clicking the
"Get Address Info" tab
the communication with
the MFP is established,
reading the address book
information.
PER USER RESTRICTION ON MANUAL DESTINATION INPUT
It is possible to identify who is restricted from manually entering a destination
and who is allowed to enter a manual destination.
