4. Measure the height of the sheet, in millimeters (mm), at the
four corners of the sheet.
Measuring the curl of
a cupped (upward) sheet
a. Add the four values, then divide by four to get an average.
b. Record the curl average (in millimeters) on a sheet of
paper.
5. Try eliminating the curl by using one of the Decurler Paper
Type Settings, specifically Types A-D:
a. Perform the Using the Decurler Setup procedure earlier
in this chapter and select one of the Decurler Paper Type
A-D settings.
b. Run the same print job again, and retrieve the output from
the exit area of the digital press.
