6-3. Aufwickeln des Unterfadens

• Do not touch any of the moving parts or place any objects against the machine while winding the lower
thread, as this may result in personal injury or damage to the machine.
• Berühren Sie beim Aufwickeln des Unterfadens keine sich bewegenden Teile und halten Sie auch keine
Gegenstände an solche Teile, weil Sie sich verletzen können und die Nähmaschine beschädigt werden kann.

1. Turn on the power switch. (Refer to page 35.)
2. Place the bobbin q onto the bobbin winder shaft w.
3. Wind the thread several times around the bobbin q in
the direction indicated by the arrow.
4. Push down the bobbin presser arm e.
5. Raise the presser foot with the presser foot lifter.
6. Depress the treadle. Lower thread winding will then
start.
7. Once winding of the lower thread is completed, the
bobbin presser arm e will return automatically.
* If the thread cannot be wound on evenly, loosen the
screw r and move the bobbin winder guide t to the
side where there is less thread.
* Turn the adjustment screw y to adjust the bobbin wind-
ing amount.
• To increase the winding amount: Tighten the screw.
• To decrease the winding amount: Loosen the screw.
Note:
The amount of thread wound onto the bobbin should
be a maximum of 80% of the bobbin capacity.
1. Schalten Sie den Netzschalter ein. (Siehe Seite 35.)
2. Setzen Sie die Spule q auf die Spulenachse w.

3. Wickeln Sie den Faden einige Male in Pfeilrichtung um
die Spule q.
4. Drücken Sie den Spulenarm e nach unten.
5. Heben Sie den Stoffdrückerfuß mit den
Stoffdrückerfußheber an.
6. Drücken sie das Pedal, um den Unterfaden auf die Spule
aufzuwickeln.
7. Nach vollständigem Aufwickeln wird der Spulenarm
e automatisch zurückgestellt.
* Falls der Faden ungleichmäßig aufgewickelt wird, lösen
Sie die Schraube r und schieben Sie die Führungsrolle
t auf die Seite, auf der weniger Faden aufgewickelt
wird.
* Stellen Sie die auf die Spule anfgewickelte
Fadenmenge mit der Einstellschraube y ein.
• Zum Erhöhen der Fadenmenge: Ziehen Sie die
Schraube fest.
• Zum Vermindern der Fadenmenge: Lösen Sie die
Schraube.
Hinweis:
Der Faden sollte höchstens zu 80% der Spulenkapazität
aufgewickelt werden.
