The field-replaceable units (FRUs) in a J-EX8208 switch are:

Switch Fabric (SF) module
8-port SFP+ line card
48-port SFP line card
48-port RJ-45 line card
AC power supplies
Fan tray
SFP transceiver
SFP+ transceiver
The SRE module and SF module are hot-removable or hot-pluggable depending on the
configuration of the switch. See "J-EX8208 Switch Configurations" on page 6.
All the line cards are hot-removable and hot-insertable. However, we recommend that
you take them offline before removing them.
