4. Next the sub class must be selected. Because the intent is to authorize a
specific class of printers, select Printer. Otherwise, the sub class and protocol
could be left as Any.

5. Finally the protocol can be selected. Here the desired IEEE 1284.4 compatible
bidirectional protocol is chosen, and the USB permissions entry is complete.
