3.2.4.8 Pick-up Roller Assembly Removal

1. Open the front cover.
2. Remove the BTRassembly. (Refer to Section 3Q.4.4.)
3 Remove the KLclip Securing thegearclutch, and remove the clutd.
4. Remove both sides of the KL clips securing the pick-up roller, and remove both sides of the
bearings.
5. Remove the pick-up roller.

3.2.4.9 Pick-up Solenoid Removal

1. Remove thetopcover. (Refer to Section 3.2.1.2.)
2. Remove theleftcover. (Refer to Section 3.2.l.3.)
3 Remove the BTRassembly. (Refer to Section 3.2.4.4.)
4. Remove thetrans. chute assembly. (Refer to Section 3.2.4.7.)
5. Remove thelinkassembly. (Refer to Section 3.2.4.l.)
6. Remove 5 CBB screws (M3 x 8) securing the front frame assembly to the front rover.
Remove thepick-up roller assembly. (Refer to Section 3.2.4.8.)

8. Remove 1 CBB screw (M3 x 8) securing the pick-up solenoid, and remove it.
9. Disconnect comector P/J124
