Heat Roller Removal

1. Remove the top cover. (Refer to Section 3.2.1.2.)
Remove the fusing unit. (Refer to Section 3.2.5.1.)

Remove 2 CB screws (M3 x 6) securing the inlet chute at the bottom of the fusing unit, and

remove the inlet chute.
4. Remove 2 CBB screws (M3 x 8) securing the fusing unit top cover, and remove it.

Remove the pressure roller. (Refer to Section 3.2.5.2.)

Remove the eject chute. (Refer to Se&On 3.25.3.)
8.
Remove the heater. (Refer to Section 3.2.5.5.)

Remove the H/R ring securing the right side of the heat roller, and remove the H/R gear.

11. Remove the heat roller along with the left H/R ring and H/R bearing L.
12. Remove the H/R ring and H/R bearing L from the heat roller.
