Use the []/[]/[] buttons to continue
selecting other items for memory playback.
To move up a level, press the [] button.
To continue selecting items for memory playback,
repeat steps 4 and 5.
To memorize other items of the same folder in the
playlist, use the []/[] buttons to select items,
then press the [ENTER] button.

Press the Play [] button.
Memory playback starts.
Memory Playback in All Folder Mode
Memory playback can be set only when playback is
stopped.

Press the [MEMORY] button; the MEMORY
indicator appears.

Press the [] or [] button.
The CD Player enters All Folder mode and "1-"
appears on the display.

Use the []/[] buttons to select the folder.

Press the [ENTER] button.

Use the []/[] buttons to select the file.

Press the [ENTER] button.
The first file is memorized in the playlist.

Press the [] button, then repeat steps 3 to
6.
To memorize other files of the same folder in the
playlist, repeat steps 5 to 6.

Press the Play [] button.
Memory playback starts.
■ To Change the Display
While creating a playlist for memory playback, you can
press the [DISPLAY] button to change the display infor-
mation as follows:
File name
Folder name

Repeat Playback

In repeat playback, you can play an entire CD repeat-
edly, play one track repeatedly, or combine it with mem-
ory playback to play the playlist repeatedly, or random
playback to play all of the tracks on the disc in random
order repeatedly.
Press the [REPEAT] button; the "REPEAT" or
"REPEAT1" indicator appears.
Repeat-1 playback can't be combined with memory
playback or random playback.
■ To Cancel Repeat Playback
• Press the [REPEAT] button repeatedly until "REPEAT
OFF" appears. (The REPEAT indicator disappears.)
• Repeat playback is cancelled when the disc is ejected.
