ScanSubDirAtEnd – Yes in this line enables the program to scan
subdirectories in the last place (after all the other objects have
been scanned). No disables this feature.
Symlinks – here you must define one of the values listed below:
0 – do not check files and directories available via the symbolic
links (corresponds to the command line switch -LP).
1 – check only files and directories available via the symbolic
links defined in the command line and ignore other links
(corresponds to the command line switch -LH). The default
value.
2 – check files and directories available via the symbolic links
(corresponds to the command line switch -LL).
The four [Options] section parameters below are for the Scanner program
only. These parameters are not operational without the key file. These
parameters are not present in the Kaspersky Anti-Virus version for Rescue
Disk.
ParallelScan – Yes in this line enables the program to scan for viruses
in several files simultaneously. No disables this feature. The
number of simultaneously-scanned files must be defined in the
LimitForProcesses line.
LimitForProcesses – the maximum number of simultaneously scanned
files (valid only if ParallelScan=Yes).
EndlesslyScan – Yes in this line enables the program to implement
loop-scanning for viruses. No disables this feature.
ScanDelay – the interval between two loops (in seconds) (valid only if
EndlesslyScan=Yes). For the interval equal to zero type –1. Any
positive number in this line defines the amount of seconds
between two loops.
The [Report] section parameters define the format and the contents of the
program reports.
Report – Yes in this line enables the program to create a log file for
the program reports. No disables this feature.
UseSysLog – Yes in this line enables the program to add check-results
to the system log. Type No to add check-results to the user-
defined file. This parameter is valid only if Report=Yes.
