Defining Paragraph Formats
1 In the Paragraph Designer, display the Numbering properties.
2 Enter S: (the uppercase letter S followed by a colon) in the Autonumber Format text
box. This is the series label you'll use for items in a numbered list.
3 Select <n=1> in the Building Blocks scroll list. This building block, which will insert
the number 1 in the paragraph, appears in the text box.
4 Select \t in the scroll list to add a tab character to the autonumber format.
5 Click Update All. The autonumber appears at the beginning of the paragraph. The tab
character is represented by the tab symbol ( ).
