Conditional Text
11 Double-click Professional to move it to the Hide scroll list, and then click Set.
The text that's specific to the Professional version is now collapsed into a special
marker ( ). When you edit a document that contains hidden conditional text, be careful
not to delete these markers. If you do, you'll delete hidden text.
12 In the Conditional Text dialog box, click Show/Hide.
13 Double-click Professional to move it to the Show scroll list.
14 Double-click CEO to move it to the Hide scroll list. Then click Set.
The text that's specific to the CEO version is now hidden.
