Finishing the Preface.fm file
In order to learn the formatting of the Table of Contents, you left the Preface.fm file in a
basic unformatted state. The Table of Contents bases its format on the file that is active at
the time of its generation.
Self-guided exercise
As a self-guided exercise, upgrade the formatting of Preface.fm.
1 Open and review the finished version supplied with the lesson files.
2 Open the unformatted version used in Press.book.
3 Apply formats through the Paragraph Designer and through File > Import > Formats.
4 Compare your results with the finished version.
