Interacting with 3D models
In Adobe Acrobat, you can view and interact with high-quality, 3D content created in professional 3D CAD or 3D
modeling programs. For instance, you can selectively hide and show parts of a 3D model, "remove" a cover to
look inside, and turn parts around as if holding them in your hands.
3D content may initially appear as a two-dimensional preview image. Clicking the 3D model enables (or activates)
it, loading the 3D model into memory, displaying the 3D toolbar by default, and playing any animation. The 3D
toolbar lets you zoom in and out, rotate, and pan across the object. Use the Model Tree to hide or isolate parts, or
make parts transparent.

To enable the 3D model and show the 3D toolbar:
Select the Hand Tool, and click the 3D model.
To disable the 3D model and hide the 3D toolbar:
Right-click (Windows) or Control-click (Mac OS) the 3D model, and then choose Disable 3D.
You can also show or hide the toolbar by right-clicking (Windows) or Control-clicking (Mac OS) the 3D
model, and choosing Show Toolbar or Hide Toolbar.
