You can use Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004 to create forms with text fields, password fields,
radio buttons, checkboxes, pop-up menus, clickable buttons, and other form objects.
Dreamweaver can also write code that validates the information a visitor provides. For example,
you can check that an e-mail address a user enters contains an "@" symbol, or that a required text
field contains a value.

About forms

Forms let you obtain information from visitors to your website. Visitors enter information using
form objects such as text fields, list boxes, checkboxes, and radio buttons, and then click a button
to submit the information.
