Always switch off and unplug your appliance before cleaning it.
All parts can be easily removed and cleaned using washing up liquid and a little water. To
avoid the fruit or vegetables drying up, cleaning is recommended immediately after use.
Some foods, such as carrots, may discolour the plastic. Rub with kitchen paper moistened
with a few drops of vegetable oil to remove this staining.

Mash bowl: remove the drive shaft and
remove the bulk of the residue using the
spatula.
In order to avoid seriously damaging the removable parts, follow these instruction:
• Dishwasher: select the minimum temperature and avoid the drying cycle (generally
> 60 °C).
• Washing by hand: avoid soaking parts too long in detergent.
• Detergents: check for compatibility with plastic items and follow the manufacturer's
instructions.
