REMOVING AND INSTALLING THE FILM UNIT

NOTE
When removing and installing the Film Unit, make sure that the Power ON/OFF Switch is turned OFF.
The Film Unit should be removed and installed where it is in a 1/25 reduction ratio position.
❑ Installation:

Hold the Film Unit with your both hands, its Film
Movement Indicator facing toward you.

Fit the Film Unit to the Film Unit Mounting Board of
DR1600MKII so that the tab on the Mounting Board fits
into the opening at the back of the Film Unit.
NOTE
Make sure that the right pin on the Mounting Board fits
into the cutout at the right bottom of the Film Unit.

Place the Film Unit Release Lever in the right (SET)
position.
❑ Removal:
Place the Film Unit Release Lever in the left position
(RELEASE) and, holding onto the Film Unit with your
both hands, lift it straight up and remove it from the Film
Unit Mounting Board.
NOTE
The Film Unit cannot be lifted upward unless the Film
Unit Release Lever is placed in the left (RELEASE)
position.
