To send a telephone number:

1. Press the key, then press the
"Short-cut" to Set Mode Item 29: DTMF MANUAL
2. Rotate the DIAL knob to select "AUTO
DTMF Autodialer function).
3. Press the PTT switch to exit to normal operation and acti-
vate the DTMF Autodialer function (the "
pear).
4. In the Autodialer function mode, first press the PTT key,
then press the numerical key (
representing "10") corresponding to the DTMF memory
string you wish to send. Once the string begins, you may
release the PTT key, as the transmitter will be held "on the
air" until the DTMF string is completed.
To disable the DTMF Autodialer, just repeat the above procedure, rotating the DIAL knob
to select "MANUAL MANUAL" in step "2" above.
