Global Address Book Search

The device supports two methods of user interface as following.

Start Global Address Book (LDAP search) Using Address Book Button

• Press SCAN/EMAIL button and Press Address book button
• Press Search & Send
• Select Global Email
• Press ok if Search ID is displayed.
• Input Search ID
• LDAP client will search email addresses from LDAP server.
• Select email address among the search result.

Search Global Address Book During Scan To Email Input

When prompted to enter a destination address while input scan to email information:
• Press Address Book,
• Input Search ID and select email address.
• LDAP client will search email addresses from LDAP server.
• Select email address among the search result.
