1. Remove grill from Jeep by removing plastic push pins along top side of grill. After all have been removed, pull grill forward away from the jeep firmly to
release pins from bottom.
2. Twist both turn signal light plugs from inside the grill 90 degrees to remove bulb from grill. At this point the grill should be able to be removed
completely.
3. Remove silver headlight rings from each headlight using correct torque style bit. (NOTE: Be sure not to turn the adjusting screw which looks very similar).
4. Unplug stock light from harness and remove light from housing.
5. If your lights came with an anti-flicker/ resistor box, plug this into the harness first, and then plug the H4 to H13 adapter. The light can then be plugged
into the adapter and mounted into the housing. Secure with headlight ring.
6. For Halo (HL7JK-02) models, you can then run the red wire to an ACC positive wire that comes on with the ignition.
7. Connect the yellow wire to the positive cable for the flasher on the turn signal.
8. After checking connections and testing lights, replace grill and ensure to push in bottom clips in firmly.
9. Adjust lights to ensure proper beam cut off placement.
