Before you install this kit —
instructions, warnings, cautions, and notes contained in
this installation instruction guide. Consult your vehicle
owner's manual for proper disconnection of electrical and
lifting of vehicle if required for installation of this product.
This install may require some technical skills and
knowledge of basic mechanical work. If you do not feel that
you are capable of performing this install please take this

Time to install this should only
take about four and a half hours.
Proper installation of this kit required knowledge of the factory
recommended procedures for removal and installation of original
equipment components. We recommend that the factory shop manual
and any special tools needed to service your vehicle be on hand during
the installation. Installation of this kit without proper knowledge of the
factory recommended procedures may affect the performance of these
components and the safety of the vehicle
• Always wear eye protection when operating power tools
Inspect all contents of this package to make sure product is not damaged
and all installation hardware has been included. If parts are missing from

- Page 3 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 2 | Use a 10mm socket to remove the (3) hex bolts that secure the grille to the grille support bracket. STEP 3 | Use a trim clip tool to remove the inner fenders push pins that secure the fender flare to the vehicle on both front inner fenders.
- Page 4 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 4 | With a firm grip, pull the fender flare away from the vehicle to expose the 10mm hex bolt. Use a 10mm socket to remove the 10mm hex bolt that secures the bumper to the fender on each side. STEP 5 | Use a trim clip tool to remove the (2) push pins behind the...
- Page 5 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 6 | Use a 10mm socket to remove the (6) hex bolts that secures the bottom of the bumper/grille assembly to the vehicle. STEP 7 | With a firm grip, pull the bumper/grille assembly away from the vehicle to release any push clips that secure the bumper/grille assembly.
- Page 6 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 8 | Before completely removing the bumper/grille assembly, disconnect the parking sensor/fog light wiring harness behind the bumper on the passenger side. 855-680-9595 NEED HELP?
- Page 7 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 9 | Disconnect the bottom side plastic trim piece from the crash bar. STEP 10 | Use a trim clip tool to remove the push pin that secure the plastic air guards to the crash bar. STEP 11 | Use a 17mm socket to remove the (10) hex bolts that secure the crash-bar to the vehicle.
- Page 8 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 12 | Lay the bumper/grille assembly face down on a covered work area. Begin removal of the center lower valance by releasing all trim clips that secure the center lower valance to the grille assembly. 855-680-9595 NEED HELP?
- Page 9 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 13 | With all trim clips freed, use a Philips head screw driver to remove the (2) Philips head screws that secure the center lower valance to the grille assembly. Remove and set the center lower valance off to the side, it will not be reused with the DV8 Centric Bumper.
- Page 10 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 14 | Flip the bumper face up, and prop the bumper up. Use your preferred cutting tool to cut out the bumpers center fascia section following the center lower valance grooves. Leave 1/8-1/4inch of material around the edge, after test fitting the edge can be filed down as needed to obtain the perfect fit.

- Page 17 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 23 | Check the fitment of the bumper/grille assembly around the DV8 Centric Front Bumper. Trim/ file down additional material/rough edges as needed to obtain the perfect fit. Note: This step may require the grille assembly to be installed/ uninstalled multiple times, be careful not to damage any retaining push clips.
