1. Pull I-beam to the center of the machine

2. Remove left side panel

3. Remove right side panel

Note: There are three screws holding the

panel to the back of the machine.

Procedure: 1. Pull I-beam to the center of the machine I-Beam 2.
Page 2 4. Pull out the air intake. Pushing on the orange ring and pull on the air hose. Air Intake 5. Remove the amplifier cover on the left side of the I-Beam. Remove these four screws 6. Detach the white ribbon cable. The white ribbon cable connects to the amplifier by a black connector.
Page 3 under the connector and pull down on the ribbon cable. White Ribbon cord 7. Unscrew the green captured screws found on each side of the I-beam. a. Start with the left side; unscrew both of the captured green screws. Captured Green Screws b.
Page 4 Captured Green Screws 8. Hold the I-Beam in the center and pull up. Note: Use caution when lifting the left side of the I-beam. Make sure the x-motor clears the Frame rail above the I-beam. 9. To Install the I-beam, place the I-Beam exactly as it was removed.
