- Page 3 6. Be sure the ramp’s base is on a flat surface. 7. Using both hands on the handlebars, roll the bike up onto the wheel tray. 8. Push the front tire into the wheel arm. 9. Push the front wheel arm back so that the front tire is firmly resting against the wheel block.
