Expansion Module Installation 2.5.1 Expansion Cover Removal To install SATA SSD or expansion modules, the expansion cover of the system must be removed. It is attached with 4 screws, as illustrated below. After removing all screws, carefully lift the rear bracket and set it aside, taking care not to cause any damage to the system or the cover in the process.
2.5.2 Installation of 2.5" SATA SSD Secure the SSD onto the bracket using four M3x4L screws. Remove the expansion cover and flip it over. Install the SSD and its bracket onto the expansion cover removed in the previous step. Attach the cover to the chassis using the previously removed screw. NOTE! A SATA expansion kit (98R1B520000) is required for 2.5"...
2.5.3 Installation of Speaker Module Remove the expansion cover. Retrieve the cover plate from the speaker kit. Install the speakers onto the cover. NOTE! 2.5.4 Installation of iDoor Module Remove the expansion cover. Remove the blank slot cover for iDoor. Insert an iDoor module. Tighten the two screws to secure the module in place. Install the iDoor M.2 module and plug in the cable to the connector on the iDoor M.2 module.
2.5.5 Installation of Remote Button Locate the remote button connector on the rear panel. Take the remote button kit and insert it into the connector. Use a screwdriver to tighten the two side screws on the remote button kit. NOTE! A remote button kit (98R1B520002) is required for remote button in- stallation.
