Caller ID System Operation

Speed Viewing the DIRECTORY

1. Press the button.

2. Enter the first letter of a name. (See Page 27 for detail of entering a letter.)
3. Press the SCROLL UP

Saving in the DIRECTORY

1. Press the button.

3. Use the TELEPHONE KEYPAD

NOTES: 1. It will not save a duplicate telephone number or a name without the corresponding telephone number in the
DIRECTORY.
2. To delete a character or number inside the cursor, press the

PREFERRED CALLS

You can assign stored numbers a PREFERRED CALL status which will generate a special ringer sound at the start of the second
ring to any welcome caller in the DIRECTORY.
When you are saving the name and number into the DIRECTORY, add a "#" symbol at the beginning of the name by pressing
the button.

BLOCKED CALLS

You can assign stored numbers a BLOCKED CALL status which will disable the ringer sound after the second ring to any caller
in the DIRECTORY.
When you are saving the name and number into the DIRECTORY, add an "*" symbol at the beginning of the name by pressing
the 7 button.
