    A m b i t o d i u t i l i z z o ® L’attrezzo oleopneumatico 74405 è stato progettato per il piazzamento rapido degli inserti filettati Avdel . È l’attrezzo ideale da usare nelle linee o isole di assemblaggio in un’ampia gamma di applicazioni e in tutti i settori industriali.

    M e s s a i n s e r v i z i o A l i m e n t a z i o n e a r i a Tutti gli attrezzi vengono fatti funzionare con aria compressa a una pressione ottimale di 5,5 bar. Suggeriamo di utilizzare un regolatore di pressione, un dispositivo automatico di filtraggio e di lubrificazione dell’aria posto sulla rete principale di alimentazione.

    R a b b o c c o d e l l ’ o l i o Dopo che l’attrezzo è stato smontato e prima di metterlo in funzione occorre SEMPRE effettuare il rabbocco dell’olio. Dopo che l’attrezzo è stato usato cospicuamente potrebbe essere necessario ripristinare completamente la sua corsa, nel caso in cui l’ampiezza della stessa sia stata ridotta e non si riescano a ribadire completamente i rivetti con un singolo azionamento del grilletto.

    I n t e n t o f U s e ® The hydro-pneumatic 74405 tool is designed to place Avdel Threaded Inserts at high speed making it ideal for batch or flow-line assembly in a wide variety of applications throughout all industries.

    P u t t i n g i n t o S e r v i c e A i r S u p p l y All tools are operated with compressed air at an optimum pressure of 5.5 bar. We recommend the use of pressure regulators and filtering systems on the main air supply.

    P u t t i n g i n t o S e r v i c e S t ro k e A d j u s t m e n t This adjustment is necessary to insure optimum insert deformation. It is suggested, therefore, that a test plate with the same thickness and hole size as the workpiece is used.

    P r i m i n g Priming is ALWAYS necessary after the tool has been dismantled and prior to operating. It may also be necessary to restore the full stroke after considerable use, when the stroke may have been reduced and fasteners are not now being fully placed by one operation of the trigger.
